Non ricevere più chiamate da Sky Italia dopo la disdetta.

although it has nothing against Sky Italy (which makes a very good job) and nothing against the call-center operators (which are solo il loro lavoro) vi racconto una delle mie ultime vicende.

Alla fine del 2010 ho deciso di interrompere il contratto con Sky Italia per passare a Mediaset Premium.

Nonostante ero abbonato da più di un anno ho dovuto pagare una penale 11 euro in quanto avevo aderito alla promozione dei Mondiali in estate, a parte questo tutto è stato molto semplice, è bastato mandare una semplice raccomandata e alla scadenza del mese successivo a quello della richiesta (esempio facendo richesta a metà Novembre, il servizio verrà interrotto alla fine di Dicembre) il servizio è stato disabilitato.

The next day I am still contacted from another operator to offer new and renew my request not to be contacted. Despite this the day after I called and I decide not to respond, from that day every day trying to contact me about 6 times a day, up to this morning where you go as far as 15 missed calls.

At this point I decide to inform me on how to stop receiving these calls, and I find that the procedure is very simple just call this number:

Just follow the guide voice (the voice will tell you that you have chiamato il numero per opporsi al trattamento dei dati personali) e digitare il vostro numero su quale venite contatti, aspettate pochi secondi fino al messaggio di conferma e l'incubo è finito. Dopo pochi minuti smettono anche di provare a chiamarmi.
